Organizations have the ability to manage recurring or monthly donations right on ColoadoGives.org.
To review all of your recurring donations on ColoadoGives.org, head over to your organization profile page and on the left-hand side dashboard select "Reports" > "Recurring Donations"
Any recurring donations that have been set up for your organization will be listed in your organization's built in recurring donations report:
At the top of this built in report, you can search for a particular recurring donation by Status (i.e. Active, Canceled), Campaign Type (i.e. View by Fundraiser, Team, Event), or Search by Donor Name. As well at the top you will be able to see how many active recurring donations you have on the platform and how many recurring donations have canceled.
Please note: If you see an exclamation mark icon (!) next to the Active status, that signifies that the recurring donation is active but the credit card on file is about to expire. We recommend directly reaching out to the donor to ensure they update their credit card information. An automated notification is also sent to the donor to request they update card info.

Pro Tip: Include "?recurring=true" at the end of a ColoradoGives.org donation form URL to default the form to monthly donations outside of what the donation form settings are on the page.

Updating a Recurring Donation
Donors can update their recurring donation right on their user account. Please direct donors who wish to update their recurring donation to this support article How to Set Up and Manage Your Recurring Donation on ColoadoGives.org.
