The basics: You create a page for your team with a donate button and information about why you're fundraising. Then invite team members to join your team by creating their own fundraising pages.
Each team member shares his or her page's unique URL with friends and family to raise donations. Donors can either donate to a team member's fundraiser page or to your team page.
The overall progress of your team toward your goal is tracked on your team page. Each team member’s individual progress is tracked on their page.
A leaderboard on your team page displays the progress of each team member. This can be used to encourage friendly competition or simply list the team members.
The specifics of how your team functions are up to the team organizer. You get to decide how long to host your team and your donation goal. You can raise funds for a single cause, or allow your team members to choose their own cause. You can make your team invite-only, or allow anyone to join.
