Make sure your page has Offline Donation Tracking enabled. Go to your campaign page and click Settings on your event or team dashboard. Scroll down to the 'Page Metrics' section to see whether Offline Donation Tracking is enabled or not:
If you don’t have Offline Donation Tracking turned on, click 'Include Offline Donations.' If you have Offline Donation Tracking turned on but don’t see the offline donations included in your totals, there are two things to check. First, make sure the campaign is linked to your event or team. Second, make sure the date of the offline donation is after the 'Progress Calculation' start date and time.
